I've been on this routine for 3 months:
morning: 500 mg. Reishi (40%) psa. +750 mg. swanson bovine ovary
evening: 500 mg. Reishi+ 750 mg bovine ovary
Unfortunately, apart from the loss of libido (which I don't regret), I didn't experience too many changes.
Do you think it's okay to increase the dose of reishi? Or should I change the timing? I don't want to add any other supplements unless I have to.
