Hello BN,
A few days ago, I received an email from someone at BN congratulating me on my breast development. I thank them for it. And yes, the lower male function was still functional.
I should explain that the surgery I had in May was a vaginoplasty, so no, the lower function no longer works for me. Lol.
For the record, under NBE (Pueraria mirifica), the function was reduced; under HRT (estrogen), the function was even more reduced.
