I want to randomly chime in and just say I'm glad I thought about checking this forum. I started with once a day of PM 500mg then after 2 weeks slowly got to three times a day and unsure was it high or not.

If 500-1000mg are "safe" ranges, is it ok to take it long term or it is better to take breaks?
