HI Do you insert capsule as is or do you mix powder with water and use syringe?Would love to hear how you do rectal

I feel like opening the capsule, using a syringe is too much work and way too messy. I've read online that with pills, you can just push it up there in the capsule. It'll be hard dry so I reccommend do it in the shower.
