I'm not sure if glandular therapy alone can do that. But conventional HRT definitely does, it can make erections compeltely or partially impossible. Some keep their junk working with practice and viagra, others lose it in time no matter what they do and some just let it happen or end up getting vaginoplasty.
But bovine ovary and reishi alone, I'm not convinced it would be enough.
Conventional HRT is definitely the answer to this issue and its the best guarantee for breast development too. I've been very pleased to lose "male" function as it was never that important to me to begin with, I've only started to maintain tissue health lately with practice because I want to ensure lot of healthy tissue to use for the surgery, also I'm forced on much longer wait than I anticipated so more reason to make sure everything down there stays healthy. But over four years on HRT has made it so that the function is not the same, not even close.
To me this +4 years seems like a short time to reach point of not having erections, most trans women I know who get to this point have been doing medical transition much longer. I'm feeling dysphoric only from talking about this, but I hope I'm helpful.
