It has taken a bit of time for me, but I go to sleep wearing silicone cup ‘nipple inverters ‘, they have made a small though definite difference in size on my nips. I wear them for around 6 to 8 hours pretty much every night. My nipples are probably twice the size of what they were before. Aureloa will only increase with breast growth. I also use those chinese silicone cupping ones as well, they are much larger than the nipple inverters of which i prefer. When I first began I did get small skin blisters, but not now after regular use. Hope this helps.
