Thanks Teddy, Iv'e looked at the forums and the research but you get caught up in all info. I am going to go down the pm route to see the difference to bo and what it can do for now, I have gone from zero to 42c on bo and fg but think I am wanting faster results even though I know its a marathon and not a sprint.
