If so, as far as I am aware oestradiol gel can be started straight away, whereas with progesterone cream there are differing schools of thoughts.

One being progesterone doesn't add anything or help, some say apply it from the start, and other say apply after budding.

Personally, I go with with our fab breast queen Lotus, to only start progesterone cream after budding, at which point it is then better to alternate between them daily - day1 apply oestradiol only, day2 apply progesterone only, and so on.

Up to you really, I'd suggest doing some reading up on progesterone and then decide from there.

Then of course, there all the different additions lots of us are doing so do check out the Topical threads, as topical regimes are very promising indeed.
