In the UK too, and yes E is always difficult to get locally, but easy enough from overseas pharmacies.
For me I wouldn't touch PM as there are far too many people on here that have suffered PM induced DVT, far too risky!
In my opinion, and from my experience, BO is more effective, well that is if it works for you as for some it doesn't, and then by far the most effective is pukka E.
Also, a good topical regime really helps to.
You can get USP prog cream (from wild yam) easy enough to, but again from overseas.

Hi, thanks for reply. I think I am going to back on FG, you say E easy enough to get from overseas but even creams i looked at on Amazon won’t ship to Uk ? do you know what BO is available that is good, I will have a look at Pukka E x fingers crossed I get results x
