Hi everyone , I have recently started to notice changes in my body and have started to grow real breasts on BO .
I have tried Fenugreek , PM , estrogen and progesterone creams , lactation tea , pumping , hops , protein drinks with flaxseed and a host
of combinations of all the above .
I have always taken things low and slow and have carefully noticed any negative side effects and adjusted the dosage or completly stopped .
Last year I started Bovine and pituitary glandular and got a little nervous on how fast my body was responding to these with breast growth so I gave them up for 6 months .
Breasts definitely shrunk down during that time off ,but I started to long for breasts again .
I have just started back again with 1 BO , 1 PG , 1 red reishi mushroom capsule 2 x day and by golly I am growing once again .
I decided to post a picture of my results each month to see and document the progress or lack of .
Hope my posts will be of help to someone on this exciting journey of my male breast growth .
