Did you end up starting again? Or returning to NBE in any other form?
I'm in some ways probably going to follow your footsteps in that I'm also the same age and considering the same things about safety of PM etc.
Right now I'm yet to start a properly thought out NBE program, as I wanted to have a bit of a reset period after trying soy isoflavones for a few months (and having tried PM for less than a week) and then have bloodwork done to gauge my natural base level E2/prog for the first time in my life, before starting anything longer lasting. So I'm waiting for a couple months, then bloodwork, and then I was gonna continue with PM but I'm pretty scared about blood clotting so I'm probably not gonna return to it - already in the 4-5 days of trying 1000mg of Piping Rock PM I was getting more numbness in my left leg and arm than usual, sitting at desk. Might be nothing, but it stopped after stopping PM so that kinda makes me wary.
I'm thinking either estriol/estradiol/progesterone creams or glandulars would be a safer and more holistic route, as I want to encourage my whole body into an overall more feminine direction. And my body is already naturally more into the feminine direction, so I'm pretty curious to see if glandulars would be a working HRT-lite solution for me.
