I have tried many combinations of herbs and supplements until I found the pituitary glandular and BO to work the best for me .
I also take 1 red reishi mushroom capsule .
I started this combination for six months last year and got a little nervous because it was working so well , so I stopped for 6 months then
recently started up again with nice gains !
When I restart it took a month to feel myself growing again , but now it's in full swing and I love the feeling
