I’d love to get wider hip bones!

Does anyone who has gotten this effect have an ideal dosage/combination?

I don't know what ideal dosage or combination is, but with glandulars I've tried plenty of dosages and found that higher has been better for me on Bovine ovary andPituitary. Uterine I have had to keep low because it would otherwise cost too much but it does indeed appear to help. 

Since starting HRT my hips have widened for 11,3" and I've been taking glandulars since the month seven.
