1 capsule BO Morning with 1 capsule PG
2 capsules BO night with 1 capsule PG
In 2 weeks I will increase the BO in the morning to 2 capsules .
Swanson brand from Amazon or Swanson from Swanson ( https://www.swansonvitamins.com )
The 4 BO a day seems to be the right amount with no ill side effects for me .
