Dealing with reishi is quite simple, extracts seem to work well too, it doesn't need to be raw. The thing to look for is polysaccharide percetage, higher is better. I remember there being some other detail also about its potency but forget the details. The ones I had were 180mg as strong extract, I think the polysaccharide % was 40%. Those were dosed easily so one per day was enough but this isn't the case with all of them.
