You are in a tough spot.
BO has minimal research but it has shown effective in feminization with some an ineffective in other people. However I don't know of any herbal or pharmaceutical that can do what you want without some shrinkage or erectile dysfunction. If it's any consolation, after you stop HRT or Herbal therapy the the libido returns.
