Some of the BO users will reply with their experiences, in the meantime I suggest that you read through BO threads until you are sick of reading through BO threads and see how the effects vary from person to person.  You already posted in the BO forum so all the BO specific threads are already listed for you.  To search through the other forums for incidental mentions of BO, you have to be a little creative, search terms are required to be over three letters, so searching for BO will not work.  Maybe search terms bovine, ovary, glandular, and some combinations of those words to find threads that are not specifically in the BO forum will help.
