Don't use a fucking chatbot to figure out NBE stuff! Its a prompt guesser machine, not an "intelligence." Of course it fucks things up. CahtGPT is full of shit. Also bovine ovary DOES work to some people, not everybody though and its not fully clear why. I'm a prime example of howglandular therapy works if you need one.
Also, no hormonal change will brighten your voice, only a surgery of voice training does as once your vocal chords have gotten wide and long enough, your resonance will be in male register. But you can do amazing change with voice training but it takes a lot of work.
