Only guessing but I think that low dose may be able to change your mood but if you want those physical effects that you mentioned then you would have to take a high enough dose to get physical effects and that would include those that you do not want. As you said, one cannot pick and choose.
There are several things that you could do.
1. Re-shape your body doing "girl" workouts, centered on buttocks. Never lift heavy weights. Keep you body toned with 10-15 lb. dumbbells.
2. Develop a feminine mind-set. Search YouTube for "feminization hypnosis". I's so important to think like a woman.
3. Appearance: Start getting rid of your beard and body hair. If you have dark hair, home laser is the easiest, I think. If you you have light hair, use a machine like Braun Silk Epil or whatever similar appliance. It is painful but ultimately worth it. Learn how to use it properly or you can get in-grown hairs. Get a unisex hair style. Keep eyebrows neat and trimmed. Use a moisturizer e.g. L'Oreal Hydra Genius [for oily skin, because it is Matte, not shiny]
4. Learn to walk and move like a woman. Again, YT is your friend on all subjects of feminism.
5. Give yourself a feminine name. Maybe only you will use it when talking to yourself in your head, in a feminine voice!
6. You don't have to talk in a feminine voice but do not be loud or brash. Speak more softly.
