Should listen to everything Lotus writes, she is the absolute guru on everything hormone related. I haven't posted here for quite some time but over the years, I have relied upon her wisdom, extensive research to not only develop but to keep me safe and know what NOT to do so I do occasionally return here.
My most important lesson was A LOT doesnt acheive a LOT, my first mistake. I quickly learnt that shortcuts may lead to development but will most likely acheive an early grave. I read, I identify a superior knowledge, I accept. I should finish this now BUT.
As an afterthought FG I still use that as an oil occasionally as a lubricant to massage but its effect is only temporary, studies have shown that it may develop milk ducts and increase milk flow in new mothers and it will develop ducts, you can feel that when suddenly it feels like you have been unexpectedly stabbed with a sharp needle in the nipple. Ofc that's where all ducts end  so duuuu, that happens but it's only temporary and will only give a slight addition to fullness. Stop taking its effects effects will subside, also FG though low in estrogen is vying for the same receptors as your herbal or synthetic pharma E.
