Thank you, yes I already do all of those things. I'm shaven clean from the eyebrows down daily. I have a wardrobe and shoe collection most women would envy. I stay moisturized, have a fem voice I practice often. However I do lift heavy for glute focused days. I take a peptide routine for muscle building, fat loss, anti aging, etc. I've gained 3 or 4" in the hips, and currently dropping in the waist now. Currently at a .82 hip to waist. Would really like to get that number down to a .75. Not easy at all as a genetic male, but not impossible. Working towards that and super flexibility daily. I did 6 days on with WP, PM, Maca, fenugreek, and some others. Very light doses. As well as estradiol on the face only in a trace amount, and estriol on the hips daily for 6 days. I did notice my skin becoming softer. I don't know if it was in my head but my chest seemed fuller. It could have been from flying. I might pick this routine back up later. I enjoyed it but I really don't want a fuller chest at all.
