Just got back the last freezing results, ands am comfortable with the results that have gotten back.  Which means I'm starting the program tonight (YIPPPEEEEE!!!!!!!!).

Plan Update:

So, starting 12/3/2025 (tonight, ~8PM EST), this will be the following plan I will be taking:

BO: 800mg/day (2 BO, 2 Multi-Glandular per day)
PG: 160mg/day (2 pills per day)
UG: 300mg/day (from Multi-Glandular)
Vitamin D3: 2000 IU/day (50mcg)
Vitamin K2 (MK7): 100 mcg/day - (100mcg per 2,500 IU of Vitamin D3)
White Peony: 3ml/day (970mg per 1ml)
Dandelion Root: 1000mg/day
Reishi Mushroom: 1200mg/day
EGCG: 200mg/day
Milk Thistle: 1200mg/day
Evening Primrose Oil: 2000mg/day
Chasteberry: 1200mg/day

(Only once budding)
PC: 2 pumps/day

NOTE: Will be visiting family during month of December that spend a lot of time outside (and in warmer climate).  Will change timing to every 12 hours during that period (only two times taking every day), where mid-day items get split to morning & evening dosages.  Additionally will adjust dosage for Vitamin D3 during then, as they live in a much more sun-friendly environment.

I will be doing the following cycling to start (for receptor "resets"): 14 days on, 2-3 days off.

Additionally, with help from Lara, I will try to do some weight cycling during the process!
