I recently switched to patches from oral about the same time, it never occurred to me to keep the patches on longer as I thought they would have outlived their potency, but I think I will give it a try, it looks like we are on the same dose for about the same timeline. I will be posting an update after my next doctor visit in February. So far I like the patches better.
