The title on this thread is now obsolete as I have been on Bovine Ovary (Swanson Ovarian Glandular) for just over two months now. I've taken an average of two capsules per day and I've gone through two bottles of the stuff.
The changes I have experienced I believe are small but noticeable:
--My skin seems even softer, which is surprising because I thought my skin was already quite soft from using the estrogen and progesterone creams. I notice it particularly on my feet and the back of my legs--ohhh, it feels so wonderful!
My butt cheeks and the inner parts of my upper arms too--so nice!
--I believe I have experienced this kind of BO-induced euphoria or good mood that others have written about. It is very subtle, like "I'm happy with everything; I'm calm and relaxed but not sleepy or dopey--things seem right with the world." Again, it's very subtle, and occurs rather randomly during the day.
--I posted a set of timeline photos--there's some noticeable breast development--I think the BO gave me a little boost. Not as dramatic as I would like, but still welcome. What do you think?
So here are my questions:
1) I have just purchased Mammary Glandular, super strength with 300 mg Mammary plus Blessed Thistle (Herb) 150mg, Black Cohosh (Root) 150mg. Can I take this in combination with the Swanson Ovarian Glandular? What dosages/proportions? Should I still keep using the estrogen and progesterone creams?
2) With BO, how will I know when I have reached the "point of no return" that others have described? I would really like to get to this level so I don't have to take the stuff anymore. Or do you keep taking BO even after you've "flipped"?
3) How soon after taking BO do you feel the "euphoria"? How long does it last?
