[Graceful Curves]

I just got my bottle of A New You brand Super Strength Mammary.  I see that it has 300 mg of Bovine Mammary;  150 mg of Blessed Thistle;  and 150 mg of Black Cohosh.  200 capsules.

I'm concerned about Black Cohosh.  According to this link to WebMD, Black Cohosh can cause liver damage.  The typical Black Cohosh dose is 40-128 mg, so 150 is kind of a high dose.  Black Cohosh, it says, can reduce the effect of Estrogen supplements, so I'm wondering if I should still use my Estrogen cream while taking this.  I kind of wish I had bought another product that had just 400 mg of Bovine Mammary without the other herbs added.  But I found the other product after I placed the order for this one, which cost me $55 and I don't want to just throw that away.

What purpose does Black Cohosh serve in these supplements as far as breast enlargement is concerned?  Should I take one of these capsules per day along with the Bovine Ovary I'm taking (2 a day) and just see what happens?  I was very excited about starting on the Bovine Mammary, but now I'm not sure what to do.
