The highest I got with spiro was 200mg. Unfortunately, it wasn't effective enough with lowering my testosterone levels.

What form of estradiol will you be starting?

I hope your bloodwork starts to look favorable with your next testing. Wink

I never mixed NBE with HRT. I finished taking PM one day, and the next day I started on oral E and spiro.
