I was taking about 2000mg of PM 2 500mg in morning and 2 500mg at night felt fine and boobs started to grow. then all os a sudden after taking for a year I would get stomach cramps --stopped the PM and cramps stopped tried taking again lower dose and after a week stomach cramps long story short had to stop the PM --
