Follow the threads; PM is the most powerfull, of the phyto-oestrogens and it works. BB claims to work, on the pitruatry gland, if it does, it is a really powerfull compound, but I read varying reports, on it's efficacy. PM is a fraction of the cost and does work. The herb, in it's pure form, works and is as cheap, as chips.
