continual vs. breaks
#1

In the course of my research into the topic of breast growth I've come along conflicting information.

In the topic of natural women going through puberty (what many biological males have to recreate in order to stimulate certain body changes) hormones are released in about 21 to 28 day cycles, where the body takes a break for about 3 to 7 days. Then just starts back up again. This also will become the same pattern for the females natural menstrual cycle.

In the topic of general body growth (applying to both men and women) natural chemicals such as GABA are released into the system on 98 to 112 day cycles, again with 3 to 7 day break, and starts back up. Granted that this cycle continues in “normal” people up until the age of 35-40 (depending on diet, exercise, sleep patterns, etc...)

finally what I have observed in posts on this site is to take both herbs, and hormones daily to facilitate consistent growth. But wouldn't this lend to climatization (the body just getting used to it).

So the question is: which is better continual, or taking breaks( and if so which to emulate female menstrual cycle on a track of about 3 weeks on with a week break, or 3 to 4 months on with a 1 week off pattern simulating natural growth hormones)
