I agree generally with what Sam has said apart from one thing, after 2 months on the herbs I would think you are probably about a month or 6 weeks short of when you can expect to feel the growing pains start. 3-4 months in, seems to be fairly typical.
I believe that the older you are the less that areola growth can be expected, although enlarged and darkened actual nipples should happen relatively early. I would say that my areola growth is minimal if any, although they are darker after 8 months from when I first started and just over 5 months since my first growing pains.
I started on a similar regime to you but switched to SP plus PM after 6 weeks and haven't regretted that change - not saying you should do that, its entirely a matter of choice, but my avatar piccy was taken last weekend.
