I know this is going to sound strange, but I am begining to get a sensation behind my nipple and in my upper breast like a tinggling is this a sign of growth begining? What does internal growth pains feel like? I can't wait. Is it painful?

I notice that my nipple are more erect and harder for longer periods of time even with out stimulation.
