I notice you mentioned excerise and that it could reduce the affect of the herbs.
I have been excerising in hopes of preventing weight gain, i hope I am not be counterproductive.
I have reduced the amount of weight and increase reps especially for "butterflies and modified push ups.
I also do cardio every other days.
Any suggestions would be appreciated.
