Also do not take more than 1 or 2 capsules of red clover. I tried taking the maount from flat to fem program and gave myself severe acid in my stomach. I went to the doctor and had to get a pill to neutralize it. 1 or 2 pills a day you will be fine but I recommend PM as well.
