I started with Fenu Greek, Saw Palmetto, Red clover, Hops.
I then took Bovine Ovary from Ultra breast on and off for a year. Great slimming effects on the body. PM after just after 2 weeks has brought upon changes rapidly. Thank you I will look into that source for knowledge and support as well Smile
