Denise, Wearing a bra is no fun, just as wearing under pants is no fun; just a good idea. Without a bra, my boobs were hurting and uncomfortable; as soon as I put one on-instant relief; liken it to trading in a pair of uncomfortale shoes for a comfy pair.
As to my routine, it is currently 1500mg PM, twice a day.
