I don't know how progesterone increases libido. A search on the forum will tell: we cannot be the first people here with this question.
For breast growth, you need estrogen. If you don't want the teenage conical breasts any more, you will want progesterone, but it will stop growth. I'm in a lot of cycling discussions lately, and I wonder if any male NBEers tried that.
I mean 2 weeks estrogens, 2 weeks progestins, with less estrogens. The estrogens give "real growth", the progestins swelling, which becomes permanent over time, to a rounder shape. Look at this table, replace "PM" by hops, and "BS" by RC:
