I know it sounds weird, but it just started this morning. It's not painful or anything and my breasts have started to form, and my skin is softening and becoming lush. I also am having hot flashes and my sense of smell, taste and feel have skyrocketed.

Here is what I've been taking.

Twice a day, in morning and at night. Drinking a ton of water during the day.
The two times I take these things during the day it is the recommended doses, I'm not taking a ton, or a little. Playing things slow to see effects.


Saw Palmetto
Fenugreen
Red Clover
Wild Yam
A prenatal multivitamin with different B's and Black Cohosh

I have also been doing Chi breast massages twice and day and stretching alot.

I have seen great effects for the 14 days I have been doing this.

Just yesterday the only worrisome things that have occured are:

Hot flashes, a sense of confusion like I feel like I want to do something, but I'm not sure what and can't make a choice.
When I get up too quick I'll get quite dizzy. And my penis has been discharging a peculiar liquid, it's creamy, but not ejaculate. It has no smell.

The fenugreek has made my urine quite yellow and smelly. I smell like a herbal garden. My bowel movements have been infrequent because I don't eat a lot, but they seem healthy, if not pasty.

After reading all this, does anyone have advice for me to make sure I stay safe as I can and not get hurt?
