Thanks for the replies. I really want to try PM, but I don't have a debit or visa card at the moment. The only place I see to buy PM is online. Do any stores offer it? I've searched Giant Eagle, Target, Walmart, and Drug Mart. They have every single herb I've wanted except PM.
I am going to start checking my blood pressure at Drug mart, does anyone have a chart as to what numbers to strive for and which are dangerous High or low? Thanks.
I've been noticing great effects from my regime so far. My skin is getting softer, less leg hair, my mood is very calm. I've noticed smells, tastes, and touch much better. My libido hasn't changed. My emotions are a little kooky, but I just take that as part of turning female.
