hi, im 27 years old, and really love to grow breast but afraid of impotence,i want to have a child next year as planned.Currently i'm Taking SP 620mg X2 every day, and eat 1/2 tablespoon Fenugreek seed everyday...can somebody help me please

I do not think that average doses of these breast growing herbs would ever make you impotent, but since there is hardly any research done on the effects of these products on the male system I would be cautious if I were you. You say you are planning to have children soon and my advice to you is to wait with the herbs until you have had your kids. The reason? Well we do not actually know how phytoestrogens affect the fertility. While you might still function normally with erections and so on, there might be a risk that your sperms ability to fertilise will be affected. There is absolutely no evidence that this will happen, but on the contrary, no evidence say it is perfectly safe either. So please wait with the NBE. You are still young and there will be time to do this later on. It would be sad if you had trouble to conceive due to some hormonal imbalance caused by estrogenic herbs - why take the risk even if it is a small one?
Take good care of yourself John, and good luck with your family. What you can do in the meantime is gather all the information on the needed herbs so that you know all you have to know when it is time for you to begin your development.

What you're taking is really so little. I think it's highly unlikely that it would affect fertility.
