You want to see more than one doctor and find out how much (cc) they are willing to put in. The first doctor I saw said I didn't have enough fat, the second doctor offered to put in up to 350 i.e. as much as he could get out. I felt really uncomfortable only having the choice of one doctor but Dr Khan was fantastic and I have just had the top up treatment which was free as promised. I will put this underneath as a separate post to keep it tidy. Dr Khan stitches everyone as standard to minimise the size of the scars and mine are almost invisible 1 week post-op. He has also never had a case of infection and prescribes antibiotics for everyone. I would say if you have the money you may seriously want to consider coming from abroad to see him - he's that good! My best friend is now booked to have hers done having seen mine. He has also treated quite a few celebrities for this and other things. He is a top surgeon for Bodytite and does a similar stem cell procedure for a face lift where they lipo your double chin and use it to fill your wrinkles! I really can't recommend him highly enough.
