ah, k, i'll look around for pure PM pills, but for now, would it hurt at all to finish off the bottle of ones i have atm or?

also, i heard people talking about the ainterol brand for PM, is that any good or?

I doubt it will hurt to use up what you've got. I think Chrissie was talking about 500mg capsules of pure PM, I don't know how much actual PM is in yours, but no doubt you can do the calculation.

As for Ainterol brand...it works for me, see my avatar pic ( that was after 9 months)
