I can't find your program page, have you got one on another site? You seem to be doing well and taking a scientific approach, I think the key is isoflavones - they seem to be pretty much the same in soy and PM (not found any info for the other herbs but will keep trying). Think I'm becoming tit-obsessed! (But think it's working....excited!)

Well isoflavones are what all the phytoestrogens are,or nearly all are.As far as I can tell ,looking at the phytochemical profiles and reading about the actual chemical groups. There are three or four chem groups that are related to herbs and to phytoestrogens.
I cant find the darn notes in my notebooks,....I misplaced them.
i will try and figure out where they are.
I dont know what happened to my important note papers that I usually keep in my main ref.book.
One is lignans...
two is...blank< Im too tired to be writing.
Check my Guinea-Lee(the guinea pig) topic header,,it should have my program in there or very close to it.
If not I'll have to dig it up from the old topics.OR I'll just rewrite it.
I change some strong herbs every two weeks,so my body doesnt get used to them.

You've got the isoflavones, genistein, genistin, dadstein and dadstin (or some like that beginning with d)
Then the coumestans (coumestrol etc) - again not sure of spellings
Then the lignans
....I did some research on all this but it seems complicated
What I want to know is e.g. Wonderup contains Fenugreek 1800mg per day as main ingredient, now what does Fenugreek contain and how much, etc for other herbs...just trying to make to whole thing more efficient.
Also, this is kinda embarassing, I had a dream where I was reading a book and it said on one page "SOY = SUCCESS" and the next page "SIX WEEKS" so before you write me off totally as a flake I was trying to look into soy as so many of the Asian girls just have a high soy diet and massage and have got like 2-3 cupsizes. Do you think this is flaky or is there any possibility that your body or your subconscious or something either innately knows what it needs or has stored or understood more information from something I've read and forgotten?

Hiya Louise,
You are not a flake, banish that thought,....I believe in esp and metaphysics, because so many millions of people have learned things about life and physical things only through a spiritual mode such as that.
I would pay close attention to that.
Soy has the most strongest isoflavone amounts other than flax.
I use a strong organic soy milk from Edensoy.
You do have to be careful of thyroid effects.
And unfermented soy effects the bodies ability to absorb certain vitamins and amino acids.
Some take it as soy lecithin.
You can buy caps of soy isoflavones.
