I am taking the 2000-3000mg pm a day and the wife is on 1000mg
She has had no hot flushes since on PM and a sharp tingle at first and now we think a little growth
Mine has been very fast , just under A now, 3 months,
The wife is drinking Fennel tea, is that a hinderance or a help ?
