Growth increase

I have been slowly growing my breast for a year and got the nerve to finally increase the amount of one herb fenugreek and it reallyhelped . i was taking 2 fenugreek , 2 saw palmetto , 2 rred clover , all 3 times a day and they were growing . I was stuck at barly a b cup for the last 6 months , i almost gave up then i increased to 4 of fenugreek last week , now i am a b cup and my breasts are much fuller , love it . If anyone has any other ideas i would really appreciate them , also if you stop taking the herbs do the breasts shrink Peggy

Your breasts will probably not shrink once you stop, only if you lose weight.
Good of you to increase the fenugreek - I think most people tend to take too little of that herb to get any effect. I ate tons of it when I was doing NBE and it worked wonders. If you look at my program you will find that I took more than what was recommended and had great results.

Thank you fennnel for the info i was at a stand still and seems the increase is working my breasts are heavier and gaining in size almost filling the b-cup really want to get to a c but not sure of family reaction especially the wife

Peggy, how does it feel to be filling a b-c cup? I am so want to experience this, but trying to be patient. I just sent my starting photos to the forum address. Don't know how long it takes for them to be posted, but when they are, I would sure like to hear some feedback on my "potential?"

Feels real nice to have the bra on rubbing the nipples a little more with walking and exercise
