Well the title is rather descriptive, i have nearly eliminated my alcohol intake since starting PM but i was wondering if having a hoppy beer such as an indian pale ale once or twice a week could be beneficial? I was thinking about taking the herbs well before or after drinking the beer as to avoid interference. Anybody have experience or knowledge in the matter?
