since i have been taking fg for a while, have decided i am going to up dosage of pm to 3 per day instead of 1...just took 2nd pill today about 1/2 hour ago and i feel nothing nor am i expecting too...but chest just feels very full...not sure how to explain...this is my 3rd dose since got yesterday....1 last night, 1 first thing in am and 1 1/2 hour ago....just feels .....different.....not sure how to explain it....maybe tight would be the word.....cannot wait to see what happens....
