Over the last week I have cut down doses from 3000mg too 1000mg, as felt may have been stallng,

After about 5/6 days , pains started again, and then while lay down reading my book my wife went oh my gosh and grabbed both aerolas,

They were all stood out and pointy like little mounds and my chest was not flat anymore when lay down,

Also far more puffyness round nipple, and all the edges were ragged,

They had grown and from the bounce next morning so had the rest,

However I have also been taking "very large doses" of turmeric this week as well which has progersterone like activities which help aerola/nipple growth so I wonder which one was the culprit ?
