My libido is there, but I feel no need to get a release.

I am in a similar situation. PM may not be doing much to my chest but my libido is totally different.

When I started this I was quite happy to keep all the 'bits' down there. Now they are a matter of indifference to me. Previously, the thought of removal made me squeamish but now such thoughts cause no squeamishness and are becoming more attractive. I would happily have an orchiectomy, but the wife insists on one bit remaining intact.
