I wear polos and it does very little to conceal my breasts, however I started wearing lighter and tighter clothes so that they are more apparent :p if I filled out a B cup judged on where I am now, a D cup would be super apparent.
You could buy silicone breast pads to see how your chest would look if you made it that far, try concealing them under your clothes, and once you start budding is when you realize binding is no longer an option
