This is the problem we all face. If you get 'hooked' on PM then you are heading for a do-it-yourself gender change. It may take a long time but that is where the journey leads. If you have buds then she will know soon enough because over the next few months your chest will start expanding.

Maybe try the less potent FG or FN?
